
Ingredients
- 1 medium acorn squash
- Olive oil
- Salt and pepper OR cinnamon
Directions
- Wash hands with warm water and soap.
- Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.
- Cut the squash in half from stem to tip.
- Break the squash in half.
- Scoop out the seeds.
- Rub the squash halves with oil.
- Sprinkle with salt & pepper or cinnamon.
- Roast in oven for 45-60 minutes. S
